	FEATURE: The in-memory cache now persists itself to disk when the software is
	shut down. This means that when your computer is switched back on, the software
	starts up faster.

	FIX: File sizes sometimes differed from Windows Explorer sizes by 1KB in total.

	CHANGE: Version number used to be in major.minor.AUTOMATIC.AUTOMATIC format. This has
	been changed so that the major, minor and revision numbers are manually altered between
	releases.  Only the build number (fourth number) is automatically incremented when the
	software is compiled.
	
	CHANGE: Concerned that some users might be being asked to Check for Updates more
	often than is needed. Added unique ID assigned at first install to track how often
	each installation of the software checks itself for updates. NOTE: This can in no
	way be tied down to an individual user or download, it only allows us to track how
	frequently installations connect to our web site for auto-updating.
